Blast
Zone warrants all products to be free of defects in
materials and
workmanship for 90 days, and
blowers for 1 year, from purchase. We will gladly replace
any items, in the rare case of defect, free of charge, including
shipping. To maximize the life of your inflatable, always follow care and usage guidelines.
It
is crucial that all items, especially water parks, be stored dry. Mildew and mold may develop if items are stored wet. The presence of mildew and mold due to
improper care may void the warranty.
For warranty information, please email us with your original order number. We will
immediately ship a new unit, and choose to call tag or destroy the
existing unit. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be in new, unopened packaging. Please note that Blast Zone does not provide "Free Rentals." Our return policy is exchange only, and we will not provide any refunds for used items.
Note:
Blast Zone inflatables are designed to release air pressure from the
seams and through the material. It is normal to feel or hear air
escaping or see bubbles in water parks. Pin holes are a normal part of the manufacturing process, and are not cause for concern.
Blast Zone Residential inflatables are not designed for commercial or rental use. All warranties are void under such circumstances.
