The bounce castle what a huge hit for my daughter's 5th birthday party. The quality of the bounce was more than I expected for the price, very sturdy and easily handled 12 kids of assorted ages and sizes <span style="font-style: italic;">(Editors note: while the castle may handle larger parties, it is only recommended for 3 simultaneous users)</span>. Even my husband who was skeptical about purchasing a bounce, agreed that it was a great idea, cheaper than rentals or having a party at a bounce place.
The customer service was fanstastic. I called with questions about which bounce to purchase and the salesperson was helpful and did not try to upsell me a more expensive bounce. In fact, he recommended the lower priced bounce for my needs. Also, it arrived a full day before I expected it. AMAZING.
There was a delay in getting the sand bags, but one short email to customer service and the situation was easily resolved and sand bags were on the way.
I have already recommended this company to other parents looking for a fun party activity or bad weather diversion (yes, it will fit in a basement). Thank you Blast Zone.

Having researched these for months, I found the ones available in big retail chains were cheap in material. This item is 10x the quality of anything you'll find in store! The bounce floor is super strong and our kids have an absolute blast! Fast delivery too!

Much better than expected. Ordered it on Monday, and got it on Wednesday.
Our party went well, and the kids jumped in it all day. We had 4 kids in it, no problem (ages 3-5).
Great bounce & even better customer service
