Federal and State regulations impose further restrictions on inflatables.
One of these laws, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (HR4040)
requires that inflatables with over 90ppm of lead in any component, or
more than 0.1% of certain common plasticizers (phthalates) MAY NOT BE
DISTRIBUTED IN COMMERCE. This means sold OR RENTED OUT.
It may be time to refresh your inventory. Blast Zone Inflatables are compliant with these laws. Please contact us for further details. If your business needs to replace multiple units from other companies that are not compliant, we will work with you to help your business continue and become compliant.
