Return Process
  Warranty:
Residential Units: 90 Days replacement from date of original purchase.
Commercial Items: 180 Days replacement from date of original purchase.
Blowers: 1 Year replacement from Date of original Purchase.
Note: Cash refunds are only available for new, unopened items in original packaging.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.  A 20% restocking fee applies to any cash refunds.

For Return authorization, email orders@vortexco.com

  • Include your original order number in the header, along with the word "Warranty"
  • In the email body, please include the product name, and a summarized description of the defect. Additonally, please include images of the item inflated that are representative of the warranty issues.


If you cannot provide images, you may request to ship the item back for inspection, at your expense.  This process is slower and more costly for you.  Please note:  In order to approve warranties, we require either sufficient photographs in order to diagnose and approve the claim, or return of the original unit.  Instructions will be provided via email.
